Do you ever offer special pricing?
We do! Some brands require us to list products at a set online price, but we’re often able to offer a better deal privately. If you’re curious, reach out anytime at thepleasurelab@gmail.com and we’ll send you the best price available. This helps us honor distributor agreements while still taking great care of you.
Do you offer discreet shipping?
Yes. All orders ship in plain packaging with no branding or identifying language. The return address is intentionally neutral to protect your privacy.
What will appear on my billing statement?
Charges show under a discreet business descriptor, not the name of the store. We value your comfort and confidentiality.
Are your products body-safe?
Yes. Every item in The Pleasure Lab is selected for quality, comfort, and safety. We focus on body-safe materials such as medical-grade silicone, non-porous designs, and products that support long-term intimate wellness.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time we ship within the United States. International shipping may be added as we grow—stay tuned by joining our email list.
What if I’m not sure what product is right for me?

Can I return an item?
Because these are intimate wellness items, returns are limited to unopened, unused products in their original, sealed packaging. Please see our full Returns Policy below.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Processing typically takes 1–3 business days. Shipping times vary by carrier and method chosen at checkout. You will receive tracking updates once your order is on its way.
Where do you source your products?
We partner with trusted distributors who specialize in high-quality intimate wellness items, including Nalpac and Eldorado Trading Co. All items are vetted for safety, comfort, and inclusivity.
